About Open-Ended

Open-Ended 未完待續 是一個關於探索、學習與思考的空間。
Open-Ended 代表學習與探索是永無止境的。
Open-Ended

The Three Pillars of Growth: Exploration, Learning, and Thinking
Each week, I curate insights from the books, articles, podcasts, interviews, or videos I’ve engaged with and share the key takeaways and reflections with you.

In an era of fragmented, overwhelming information, I strive to actively seek out valuable content, filtering out the noise and preserving only what is truly worth deep contemplation.

I believe that growth comes from learning, actively digesting valuable information, and drawing meaningful insights.

What You Won’t Find Here

  1. Unverified information
  2. Content that could harm others
  3. Political discussions or celebrity gossip
  4. Trend-chasing content written just to stay relevant
  5. Anxiety-inducing content

P.S. My articles are primarily in Chinese, but whenever possible, I will do my best to provide an English version.

Before graduate school, I was a typical science-track student and majored in engineering at university.

In graduate school, I made a decisive shift to the humanities and social sciences, and I’m currently studying in Tokyo.

Writing and reading are my greatest passions. At the heart of my creative work is the desire to connect with someone, somewhere in the world, and offer a moment of resonance or quiet encouragement through words.

I am currently engaged in research on adolescent mental health, as well as individualism and collectivism within the context of Asian cultures.

Here are some of the themes I’m deeply interested in:
Humanistic psychology, positive psychology, psychoanalysis, Stoicism, educational psychology, existentialism, and Buddhist thought.

I’m always open to meeting new people—feel free to reach out and share your thoughts in writing.
